Raspberry Cloud

Ingredients

• 2oz Berry Infused Gin

• 1 1/2oz Raspberry Syrup

• 1oz Fresh Lemon

• 1/2oz Egg Whites

Method

Add all ingredients into a boston shaker with ice and shake

Remove ice

Shake ingredients again until frothy

Double Strain into your preferred Martini Glass

Garnish with lavender or flower petals
